TEDU 325 Foundations of Languages and Literacies Development Grades 5-12 (3)This course explores theories and literacies development focusing on adolescence (ages 10-18). This course outlines the development of oral and written language (speaking, listening, reading, writing, spelling, and designing). Candidates will develop an advanced understanding of factors of acquisition of English as a second language, culture, and dialect upon development. Course Frequency: Fall and Spring Note: This course may not be taken for credit if credit has been received for EDEE 425 .
