HPCP 490 Independent Study Historic Preservation (3)A qualified student who has taken appropriate preparatory courses in the major determines a project to research and write about in consultation with and under the supervision of a departmental member qualified to guide the work. The student will be expected to produce a thorough research paper and to make a public presentation at the end of the semester enrolled. Prerequisite(s): Student must be a junior or senior historic preservation and community planning major with an overall GPA of at least 3.000 and a major GPA of at least 3.300. Course Frequency: Occasional
