RELS 335 Western Esotericism (3)This course will cover a range of topics in esoteric studies from classical Greco-Roman religions to contemporary Britain and America. Possible topics covered: magic, gnosticism, hermeticism, neoplatonism, alchemy, kabbalah, tarot, grail, knightly orders, rosicrucian and masonic groups, theosophy, secret societies, modern magical orders, occultism and eastern religious influences.
