HONS 192L Honors Organic Chemistry Laboratory: Purification, Separation and Characterization of Organic Compounds (1)An introductory course presenting practical applications related to concepts from lecture. This course stresses the student development of proper technique, application of scientific method, data analysis, and reporting of scientific data. The formal reports for each experiment will be 1-2 pages each. This is the Honors course version of CHEM 231L . Students may not receive credit for both. Prerequisite(s): HONS 190 and HONS 190L with a grade of D+ or higher Corequisite(s): HONS 192 Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): MATH 120 is recommended as a pre-or co-requisite.
