SOCY 383 Student Academic Apprenticeship in Sociology (1-6)Qualified students selected and supervised by faculty engage in activities that facilitate teaching and learning in specific course(s). Activities may include helping with in-class activities and labs, holding discussion or review sessions; answering student questions. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing, a GPA of 3.000 in sociology, a major or minor in sociology, and permission of the instructor. Other course prerequisites may vary depending on the nature of the placement. Course Frequency: Occasional Repeatable: May be repeated for credit when course content varies.
