PEAC 112 Pilates (2)

Pilates is a non-impact, whole-body conditioning program based on the work of fitness pioneer, Joseph Pilates. Mat-based exercises are designed to develop body awareness, improve posture, increase core strength and stabilization and increase muscle tone, balance, coordination and flexibility.
