PEAC 174 Personal Fitness: Couch to 5K (2)
Have you ever dreamed of competing in, or completing a 5K race? This course will provide the basic knowledge and skills to develop the abilities to safely begin an exercise program so non- runners can obtain the required levels of fitness to successfully complete a 5K race prior to the end of the semester.
