CHEM 102 Organic and Biological Chemistry (3)This course is designed to meet the needs of allied health students; but it is also suitable for any nonscience major. This is a descriptive course that covers organic and biological chemistry. Topics include organic functional groups, reactions, carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, nucleic acids, and metabolism. Lecture three hours per week. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 101 or CHEM 111 . Corequisite(s): CHEM 102L . Course Frequency: Spring
