GEOL 291 Water Resources (4)Water resources topics including hydrology, ground water, water quality, and aquatic remote sensing fundamentals are covered in this course. Focus will be on developing requisite theoretical and practical skills to understand challenges faced in the field of water resources today. Lecture three hours per week; laboratory three hours per week. Prerequisite(s): GEOL 103 (or GEOL 104 ) and GEOL 103L (or HONS 155 /HONS 155L ) Corequisite(s): GEOL 291L Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): CHEM 111 /CHEM 111L (or HONS 190 /HONS 190L ), MATH 111 or higher, or permission of instructor Course Frequency: Fall and Spring
