TEDU 325 Foundations of Languages and Literacies Development: Grades 5-12 (3)

This course explores stages and theories of adolescent literacies development. It focuses on oral and written language (speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary and designing) from monolingual to multilingual learners. It also addresses language differences and difficulties and connections between identity, culture, discourse, and dialect on adolescent language and literacies development.
