ECON 311 Environmental Economics (3)This course deals with the institution of property rights and how the absence of property rights may hinder the proper allocation of society’s scarce resources and thereby affect economic efficiency. The course also examines how resources held in the public domain are allocated and ways of how this allocation might be made more efficient.
