ARTS 430 Independent Study in Studio Art (3)

Students who have taken an appropriate sequence of preparatory courses in studio art determine a project in consultation with a department member qualified to guide and judge the work.
Prerequisite(s): Students must be juniors or seniors and show demonstrated ability to carry out proposed project. An application for independent study must be submitted to the project advisor prior to the beginning of the term and must be approved by the department chair.
Course Frequency: Occasional
Repeatable: May be repeated for credit when course content varies.
