MATH 118 Introductory Calculus - A (3)

This introductory calculus course for students in mathematics and the natural sciences includes the calculus of algebraic, trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions. Topics will include: limits, continuity, and derivatives. Precalculus skills will also be strengthened. The sequence MATH 118 - MATH 119  is equivalent to MATH 120 . Having earned credit for MATH 120 /HONS 115 , students may not then receive credit for MATH 118.
Prerequisite(s): Placement or C- or better in MATH 111 
Course Frequency: Fall and Spring
