DATA 698 Practicum in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (3)

Students will demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and dispositions for performing applied artificial intelligence and data science assignments in a professional setting. Students already employed in a data science field must perform additional data science and artificial intelligence related tasks outside of their preexisting responsibilities. It is expected that 120 contact/work hours will be completed for this 3 credit hours. The course will be graded on a pass-fail basis.
Prerequisite(s): Passing 9 credit hours of required courses and approval by the program director
Course Frequency: Occasional
Repeatable: For up to 6 credit hours.
