HONS 210 Honors Business Law (3)

It is designed to introduce the student to the legal, ethical and regulatory environment of business. Students will focus on the laws of contract, property and torts once a foundation of the legal system is established. Analysis of ethical considerations in a business environment will strengthen the student’s ability to make critical decisions in the strategic arena of business. This is the Honors course version of BLAW 205. Students may not receive credit for both.
Prerequisite(s): Honors College Student.
