BIOL 312L Molecular Biology Laboratory (1)A comprehensive study of the techniques used in the isolation and analysis of important cellular macromolecules. Techniques covered will include electrophoresis of proteins and nucleic acids, southern and western blotting, liquid chromatography and those involved in the formation and analysis of recombinant molecules. Laboratory three hours per week. Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): BIOL 312 , MATH 250 or equivalent course in statistics or permission of instructor. Course Frequency: Fall and Spring
