ENGL 498 Eportfolio Workshop (1)This course will focus on the development of a professional eportfolio for a specific audience: including employers, internship coordinators, and graduate admissions committees. Students in this one-hour course will select and curate a writing sample that represents their skills and development as writers. As part of this course, students will become familiar with key concepts in eportfolio making (e.g., purpose, audience, identity, representation, media, and reflection) and basic principles of visual design. No web design experience is needed to successfully complete the course. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 110 or equivalent Course Frequency: Fall
