PEAC 178 Personal Fitness: 10K Training (2)
This course introduces running performance fundamentals that help build and maintain enhanced levels of physical fitness. The knowledge and skills necessary to organize, plan and implement a physical fitness program that focuses on running as a prime modality to develop cardiorespiratory fitness will be described, discussed and implemented with the goal of successfully completing a 10K race.
