GEOL 366 Field Studies: Geology and Paleontology (4)

The course will entail site investigation, mapping, sample collection, and the analysis of both large and small scale geological outcrops. The course will explore the impacts of the Geosciences upon many disciplines. This is an opportunity to join an international team of scientists who are working on the geology and vertebrate fossils at active paleontology research sites.
Prerequisite(s): GEOL 256  or GEOL 272  or permission of the instructor
