Real Estate Minor

Minor Requirements

Credit Hours: 18

In addition to completing the requirements for this minor, students must also complete the minor requirements specified in the Academic Regulations  section of this catalog.

Required Courses

• FINC 403 Real Estate Finance (3)
• REAL 310 Principles of Real Estate (3)

Elective Courses (12 credit hours)

Notes:

• No more than three (3) credit hours from REAL 420 , REAL 444 , REAL 499A , or REAL 499B . No more than six (6) credit hours from HPCP 319 , POLI 305  or URST 310 . No more than six (6) credit hours from any one area except REAL.
• All prerequisites for business and economics courses must be met. Business Finance (FINC 303 ,) is a prerequisite for most upper-level real estate courses.
• Students are not permitted to major in Business Administration and minor in Real Estate.
