SPAN 275 Comprehensive Skills Review of Spanish through Culture (3)

Level 2

Complete 6 credit hours from one of the following options:

*Please note that a maximum of one course from SPAN 312 , SPAN 314 , SPAN 328 is allowed.

Option 2

SPAN 350 Intensive Writing and Conversational Skills through Culture (6)

Level 3

Complete 18 credit hours.

Complete 15 credit hours from the following:

Complete 3 additional credit hours from one of the following options:

Complete 3 additional credit hours from any 400-level SPAN course.

Level 4

Complete three courses totaling 9 credit hours at the 400-level including at least 3 credit hours in the literature and 3 credit hours in linguistics:

Proficiency Exam Requirement

Majors in Spanish are required to take a proficiency exam during their last year prior to graduation. Information about the nature of the exam and the schedule for each semester is available in the department and on its website.
