MBAD 523 Customer Experience Design in a Digitized World (3) Designing consumer experiences (CX) is of central importance for firms. As such, this course will arm you with skills to help design consumer experiences that enhance branding and loyalty. Recognizing the blending of consumers’ experiences between physical and digital spaces, this course will recognize the integrated nature of CX design in the 21st century and the social implications of digitizing these experiences.
