Mathematical Sciences Required Courses
Complete 9 credit hours from the Mathematical Science Areas
Statistics Concentration (18 credit hours)
Two sequences chosen from the following:

MATH 500-level, 600-level (excluding MATH 690 ), or 700-level courses:
Note:
Core course requirements may be waived if their content overlaps with prior undergraduate coursework. Petitions for such waiver should be presented to the Graduate Program Director. Students receiving a core course waiver must take additional elective graduate courses to fulfill the 30 credit hours required. Transfer Credit Policy
An applicant or student of the Master of Science in Mathematical Sciences can seek approval from the Program Director to transfer up to 12 credit hours to count towards the degree. These courses require a grade of “B” or higher while courses with a grade of “Pass” or “Satisfactory” will not be accepted. |
