DBAD 923 Psychometric Research Methods (3) This course provides an introduction to the design, development, administration, and interpretation of quantitative tests and measures used to evaluate psychological constructs (e.g., motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes, beliefs, behavioral intentions) used in a business research context. Topics covered include measurement theories, test development, the construction and validation of scales, ensuring test reliability and validity, scaling techniques, and factor analysis. Emphasis will be on learning the logic and assumptions of various concepts and methods along with providing the opportunity to apply them.
