DBAD 961 Dissertation Proposal I (1) This course aims to provide doctoral students with a hands-on approach to the dissertation proposal. It is designed to provide a structure for the dissertation proposal. Students will be exposed to concepts and techniques to help them write the dissertation proposal, such as structuring a problem/research question from real applications in companies, refining the research problem/question, using techniques to conduct the literature review, and proposing a framework and hypothesis. Students must make deliveries during the semester to build their proposals. The main outcome is a solid conceptual paper for further development.
